I'm so excited to hit the gym today. I really need it. Its amazing how much I grow to enjoy it and then get antsy when I've not been in a while. My husband tells me I get grumpy when I need to exercise. My weight starting going down this last week instead of up! Yaay! Has it been a week already?! Well, this week report is, well less than awesome. So, starting last week I was at 199.8 which if you remember is up from my 197 that I shared in that super long post. My report isn't too awesome this week. I started using the elliptical because the weather has gotten cold, well, really chilly. I'm down 9 lbs in 5 weeks. Not too bad! I've lost about 2% of body and gained about the same in muscle. I've been working out 5 days a week. Tonight I'm taking a break from working out to let me muscles rest (yes that's the reason, not just that I'm being lazy....although one could sufficiently argue that's part of it!). This week at work has been way too slow! I'm assigned one of the busier hospitals in my state; so, it doesn't happen much. But I really do hate it when its so slow I wanna poke my eyes out. Its been slow all week but today is almost unbearable.

On a good note, I did lose 2.5 lbs. So Yaay me!

I weighed myself a day early. One more day probably would've had me break over the next number for this week, but I don't know if I'll have time to weigh myself tomorrow.
